Clovis Weekend Events:
Friday: Its been a while since we’ve mentioned it, but the Farmers market taking place in Oldtown Clovis is something that has been going on every Friday this summer. We thought we would put a spotlight on this great event taking place in the community. Get there right after work to grab some great local produce for your dinner, or just walk around and hear stories about how all of these great items were made. Either way, it’s bound to be a good time.
Saturday: If you didn’t get your fill of fireworks during the fourth of July, don’t sweat it. Wild Water adventure is having a Fireworks On The Lake event. This event is taking place at Wild Water adventure. You will need to buy tickets, but you’ll be able to have plenty of fun waiting for 9:00 p.m when the fireworks start.
Sunday: And you can wind your weekend down with a nice Crystal Caves event. This is another great time involving a great piece of nature that you can enjoy as you relax and take in the sights. Here’s more about the event:
This program provides visitors with an in-depth experience of Crystal Cave’s geogloy and the interesting plants and animals living in and around the cave. Participants meet their naturalist at the cave parking lot and the group proceeds on their ecosystem exploration inside the cave. The cave portion of the tour is led by flashlight. Flashlights provided.
